I’ve gotten in the habit of checking of my orders in front of them and they miraculously remember just as I’m looking in the bag that they forgot items.

As ordering in store has become an increasingly hands off/use the kiosk scenario, I was shocked when an employee asked if I was ready to place my order with her at the counter. As more and more McDonalds will refuse to help you out, other than shuffle you over to the big screens, refusing even consideration of taking your order themselves, it was nice to know that there are some places left that understand the value of customer service and a moniker of human interaction and decency! Bravo 👏
