Waited in line got up to the window and I grabbed a couple fries and they were not even warm so I asked the lady can I get some hot fries please? She looked at me like I was crazy went and got the manager manager comes back and she says next time you’re at the drive-through you need to order hot fries I said excuse me are you serious? She goes now I have to throw them away. I said really so you were gonna serve them to me. They weren’t even warm but that was OK. I said aren’t you supposed to serve hot food fresh Food and she just looked at me and I said you got some issues LADY and she shut the window and said have a good day. I talked to the head manager today on Thursday and she asked me if I wanted my money back or food. I said that’s not while I’m calling. I don’t want free food. I don’t want any money back. I want you to take care of this. This was the biggest embarrassment I was gonna go in after I went to the drive-through, but due to the fact that I wasn’t feeling good. I had bronchitis and that’s why I didn’t go in, but otherwise I would’ve been in there. You’re not gonna treat me like that and talk to me that way so I’m just hoping that the manager Heather is going to take care of this whatever she decides to do I guess but that is so unacceptable. That is the worst customer service I’ve ever had and that McDonald’s was always good for me, but I will never be back

Constantly missing items and when we go back to get the stuff we paid for the workers treat us like we’re stealing! Trust me, it’s not that deep staff. Train better and skip this location.
