  I had the $5.00 Double cheeseburger value meal with fries, 4 piece chicken nuggets and a drink. I upgraded to a large diet coke. The app worked great. I was able to change my pickup from drive thru to pickup in the restaurant. The service was great! The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

  actually one of the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. the food had to have been a week old because the fries were literally the soggiest of things ive ever been given. i ordered a caramel frappe and had to ask them to remake it because the whipped cream was literally deflated and there was barely any caramel drizzle; not a single drip of drizzle on the inside of the cup, like it’s advertised. i got my burger completely unwrapped on top of the soggy pieces of paper they tried to say were “fries”. when i went back in with the burger, she tried to tell me multiple times that she “needed” the burger and when i told her i was aware that i don’t have to give her the food that was messed up, she insisted i give her the burger a few more times after i tell her to just go make me my fries and make the burger with a wrapping on it (because yall don’t wear gloves); she just walks away from the front counter. another customer that had just finished eating his food chimed in and said his fries were soggy as well he just didn’t expect much better from mcdonald’s as a whole. then a few minutes she came back with a bag that had a small fry(when i originally ordered a medium) and an actually wrapped burger for me. i don’t know what type of manager is hiring people that aren’t capable of even working at a mcdonald’s but something needs to be done because it’s ridiculous that we pay more for worse service and even worse food.

  This is the 2nd time for dinner that me n my boyfriend had went here and our food has either sat out for too long, or the oil in the fryer hasn't been changed.

  Never trust the staff I have been food allergies and no matter how much I say something they always put it on Wether its cheese onions mayo or any sauce they always make it wrong and then make me wait longer, when I get breakfast they always forget something from a big breakfast hashbrown or eggs or meat or hot cake syrup and most of all untinsils
