And, I just found a hair in one of the burgers. Super sad I will not try ANY McDonald’s again, as this one was supposedly good. 😞

I live very close to this location so I'm here quite a bit. I usually order through the app and pick up in the drive thru. They're almost always very friendly. Sometimes my iced coffee tastes off and I've had a few issues with them following customizations such as putting pickles on my burger when I customize it to have no pickles, but nothing has been that a big of a deal, except for the time I received the most pathetic mcflurry (a tiny amount of ice cream with oreo just sprinkled on top)

Staff refused to give promotional items they have in stock(she showed me them and still refused) even when eligible items were purchased. Extremely unprofessional. Very disappointed.

The restroom and store was clean and service is running a 10-15 minute wait time. Before departing I ordered a pumpkin spice ice coffee via mobile app. Waiting at least 10 minutes before I realized I might have to go up to the register and say a check in code, so I do that, A manager was the one that assisted me, says there is no order for that code so I show my emailed recipient to them. The response I got is that my order was cancelled… due to running out of pumpkin spice. Due to running out of pumpkin spice. However, I have not received the confirmation email that always gets sent in an order gets canceled immediately nor the refund when I brought this up to the manager and stated there has not been any refund issued or any confirmation of my order being canceled emailed the manager said it takes 4 hours which is just a untrue. I have my orders canceled because I missed the deadline for breakfast all the time and the refund and the confirmations are immediately upon the action. Just the time and confusion you gamble when you order mobile for convenience. Will the cancellation come through? Who knows. The manager rectified this with a regular iced coffee upon my request so good job with that.
