  I stop here often for my kids and the staff is always very friendly especially in the morning. They always are cranking food out. I’ve had excellent experiences here which is unusual for a fast food restaurant. On top of that the orders are always accurate.

  I just got a mocha frappe, after a couple drinks i noticed that it tasted off. After further inspection I found it was the chocolate syrup that has gone rancid. The fries were also very stale and obviously old. Wait times have been horrendous. I did talk with some of the employees and understand that they are severely understaffed and are working doubles due to no workers. At least untill they have the staffing issue solved, I would avoid. This place used to be decent.

  Quite frequently gets orders wrong, forgets sauces, and more. Overall, one of the worst McDonald's in the area.

  Restaurant was filthy.Staff ignored people at the cashiers area, even when they were going out of their way to try to get their attention. The most interesting thing that I find to be very, very alarming and concerning, is that we didn't get our fries or large fry. But what was so odd about it, Is that when I was eating with my family another gentleman came back in from outside and came in said he didn't get his 2 large fries. So I don't understand why they're not giving people their large fries, but they're definitely not doing it. I watched as we were eating with my family. I watched another man come in, he didn't want to use the kiosk. The man stood by the front registers for what seemed to be multiple minutes until he just decided to leave. I'm assuming he went to use the drive through because that's the only way you can get service other than through the kiosks, even though there's humans there that can take your order but refuse to do so. Now, the really sick and sad part is that the employees refused to help someone at the cash register, but you know the restaurants absolutely filthy. From the areas where you get your drinks to where you sit down. I literally had to take a towel and wipe down the filthy disgusting table and bench, and it's too bad too because it's a really nice looking setup. It's new furniture, but it's all filthy and covered in filth. Now, you don't have to take my word for it, you certainly don't. But I'll just post the pictures here, and you can see for yourself. This is one of the dirtiest restaurants. I've ever seen and the surface is horrible. But what I would recommend is getting the health inspectors in there right away to figure out how we can get this place cleaned up. It's gross, you know, it doesn't make sense. EMPTY RESTAURANT and a FILTHY RESTAURANT shouldn't be compatible. If you've got an empty restaurant, you can be cleaning it. And it's like I'd give them the benefit of the doubt If it was one of those things where maybe they just got done with a big rush, and now they're recovering and trying to cleanup, no, there was no rush. They weren't trying to clean anything up. It's disgusting in there, so please never go here. If you do I pray, you wash your hands. 10-15-25 Mcdonald's is requesting me to call and leave more detailed information about this restaurant. I'm sorry, mcdonald's.I don't have one to two hours to wait on your automated phone bank.Trying patiently. to leave a message about the horrible conditions in your restaurant. Mcdonald's I just won't go there and I'll tell other people not to go there.It's as simple as that. If you really care and you really want to make some sincere changes in this restaurant. Use the chain of command have your general manager leave his number or email and I will let them know what's wrong with the restaurant. Be sincere about it if you really want to make some changes there.The general manager is the one that can do it so or the Regional manager don't give me some automated line where I have to wait 42 hours. I don't care. I don't even have the time, I don't have that time to waste on this horrible restaurant. I don't even feel like using the kiosks. Okay, if you don't have humans to answer my calls and listen to what i'm saying, and write it down, then forget that I'm not going to waste my time.
