Overall, not bad but the service could be better, and it took a little while for food as well in an empty restaurant too.. better than others though

DOUBLE means TWO patties. This McDonalds will consistently not give you your entire order causing you to pay more for less. Is it on purpose? The few workers I have dealt with were nice. Food was warm and fries were salty.

I come here frequently when I’m in the area for work. Normally is a mixed experience, but tonight was one of the most frustrating visits I’ve had. It was busy, drive through was backed up. When getting to order my food, the worker was super rude. Started the conversation as “what do you want”. The most she said after that was “what to drink” and “pull up to the window”. It made me feel disrespected as I’ve never been spoken to like that at a drive through before. I understand it’s busy but it’s very unprofessional the way she was talking and her tone. Nobody should be treated like that.
During the process of getting my meal, everyone else was more respectful. I was asked what my meal was several times, and had to wait about 10ish minutes to finally get my food. I ordered a Big Mac meal and I left with a completely different burger. Wasn’t aware until after leaving. I had to wait extra long for my food, and I never received what I ordered. I believe the burger I was given was even cheaper than what I paid for.
Everyone has their busy and off days, but even if it’s busy it’s utterly important to ensure the meals served are to the correct person especially if they are waiting longer due to rush.
Overall, I normally enjoy going to this location, but this incident is giving me mixed feelings on whether I’ll be returning back soon.

My order was messed up we had 3 grinch meals all my food was cold fries were hard as a brick and no middle bun on my big macs. Tried calling to let them know what happened and after a hour of trying they still don't answer the phone.... probably lost my business
