  We ordered lunch for our office and had a wonderful little pizza party! Thank you Ashley for working so hard. We pray for your safety as Pizza Hut seems to think making their employees work alone are acceptable business practices.

  So freaking good! Ashley is the BOMB.COM and is the MOST fabulous employee! When we saw that she was working alone, we question the ethics of Pizza Hut as a company. No one, ESPECIALLY a female should EVER be made to work alone!

  The customer service at this location was absolutely terrible. I went there to pick up my order, but when I walked in, I noticed that no one was around. I had to say, "Hello" and this the young lady walked out from the back, but she didn’t say anything. Instead, she was engrossed in a phone conversation with someone through her AirPods, standing there without looking at me or asking me anything. I told her who I was picking up for, but she just started typing without even looking at me. When I asked her how much a soda cost, she rudely replied, “I don’t know,” so I just put it back, grabbed my order, and walked out. Went there today 10/8 1:20 pickup. Never again!

  Terrible customer service experience. Ordered two large pizza and a 2 litter Pepsi by mistake meant for root beer) when I tried to swap the the bottle drink for what I actually wanted to order which is root beer the clerk said absolutely no! It is the same price and the same size soda..I couldn’t understand her reasoning so I said let’s talk to your manager maybe they will be able to swap my purchase for me and to make the situation worse she was the store manager, so I asked can you do a return and I will rebuy the root beer and her response was No, that’s just too much work. I was out of words and in disbelief how much she didn’t just want to help and how poor of customer service they have. I said ok let’s return the soda and I will go to another store to buy it. “You know what just take it” was her final response with at most disrespectful attitude! Will never step a foot in that direction again.

  I had a good experience at this Pizza Hut. The restaurant was clean, the food was hot and fresh, and the team worked really well together. I noticed one of the the managers Apo, was active on the floor and making sure everything ran smoothly. You can tell she cares about the customers and her staff. It’s nice to see that kind of leadership in a fast-food setting it really makes a difference in the experience.
