I give it one star ⭐️ this is the worse Pizza Hut that I ever seen! I don’t recommend anyone to order pizza from this place on Eagan on Cliiff Road , please don’t waste your money and time!

The best food I've had from Pizza Hut in years to be honest. The customer service by the lady was very exceptional. I definitely do recommend this location to others. I will be back........

The place was dead when I walked in, but it still took 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was there. The woman who came out didn't say a single word. No "Hi", no "How can I help you?" Not even a smile. I tell her I placed an online order. She grabs the food, hands it to me and walks away. I don't think she ever uttered a single word during the exchange. Beyond that, the food was subpar. My order included cheese bread and cinnamon sticks, and it was clear they were both cut from the same dough. The cheese sticks were covered in cinnamon. I've gone to this Pizza Hut a few times for convenience, but will never be back. It's clear they either don't train their staff or don't value customer service at all. Or maybe they pay so poorly that they can't afford anyone with a positive attitude? Totally unacceptable by any standard.
