This is my second time missing food items I guess I’m not going back!!
today I spent $40 something dollars I ask the team member is everything in the bag and he said yes but when I got home I was missing 20 peace nuggets my kid was crying 😢 because he’s nuggets was missing this is so upsetting seeing my son cry I didn’t have the time to go back to make my son happy because I have to go to work 🥲

The workers here were friendly and attentive, teenage guests in the lobby were out of control. The food here was good. But no self serve sode machine here takes it off my list of places to visit.

Pathetic customer service and very dirty environment. Waited 40 mins for our order for 6 people. It had been sitting in the door dash area for 30 of those minutes. Luis was only willing to give 1 free value meal for the trouble we had to go through to notify them we're still waiting for our order. How does 1 value meal compensate for meals for 6 people who waited? I gave them stern words about not caring how their workers function. Don't come and waste your time, they don't care how they've offended you. Watch how they respond by saying "we'd like to look into this further",but actually do nothing to change the customer service, professionalism, or cleanliness.

I visited this McDonald’s around 7:50 AM after placing and paying for my mobile drive-thru order. When I arrived and gave my name, the employee rudely told me to “come inside.” I explained that I had already paid through the app and selected drive-thru pickup, but he still refused to hand me my order.
When I drove to the pickup window, the woman there didn’t seem to understand English and called another coworker over. In the middle of our conversation, they began speaking in their own language right in front of me instead of helping. I believe one of them might have been a supervisor.
This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I’m a paying customer who followed the process correctly I should not be met with rudeness or confusion. Management seriously needs to retrain this team on communication, professionalism, and customer service.

Ordered through the drive through. The worker talked extremely quietly and did not seem to be paying attention when I asked questions. The fries were packed in the container very poorly and so when I went to grab them out I had to quickly try to reposition them so they wouldn’t fall out. The fries must have just been fried because in the process of trying to not have all the fries fall out they burned my hand. A warning would have been nice to have. I ended up losing about a 3rd of the fries to the floor of my car due to the poor packing and my inability to continue scooping scorching hot fries back into the container. My burger was marked as having extra ketchup but definitely only had a regular amount inside. I will be trying to avoid this McDonald’s from now on.
