Part of my burrito fell apart on the floor. She replaced both. Don’t know who manages here, but so far you have one happy customer. Edit : The post under this one says the condiments were warm … Not sure about that. You’re eating hot fries. Cold, packaged condiments will cool your fries pretty quick. Maybe you’re like me. I don’t like cold anything if it’s supposed to be hot or at least warm. (Unless they are opened, they should be ok. The boxes are date stamped. They go through so many condiments they never hit the expiration date.

This last one, I ordered a Quarter Pounder only ketchup; got it with everything on it. I used to work at McDonalds, so I know mistakes happen. But 3/3 times? Hire better people, or at least people who can read the requests.
