- MRMariam RehmanNov 5, 20255.0I don't have a Capitol One card but I love stopping by this coffee shop whenever I'm at the mall because the coffee is so delicious! I've tried their seasonal pumpkin latte as well as their signature honey lavender latte - both iced, both so tasty! They are just the right amount of sweetness and I love the coffee beans used from Verve Coffee Roasters. The nice thing is that if you are a Capitol One or Discover card holder, you get a discount on their drinks. I'm sure it would be a huge perk if you had one because the prices are already pretty decent for coffee without the card. The space is clean and modern looking throughout the whole cafe. I wasn't pressured to get a card or anything like that and I'm always greeted warmly when I enter the store. Sometimes during the weekday, the service is slightly slower but it's not too bad. There are rooms that are available if you want to study or have a meeting or something. I'm not sure if they have to be booked in advance or are first come, first served. But I'm sure it would come in handy!

How do I bank at a Capital One Café?
Capital One Cafés offer a modernized, friendly approach to banking that provides a low pressure way to get support. While we don’t have traditional bank tellers in our Cafés, customers can use our self-service options to get everyday banking done., even on the weekend. Ambassadors are on hand to assist you along the way with your banking questions, and can even help you apply for an account. Capital One Checking account holders can use Café ATMs fee-free to check their balance, deposit or withdraw cash, make credit card payments and more. Come in for everyday banking–stay to enjoy a handcrafted beverage. You can also:
- Replace, reissue or activate your debit card
- Lock and unlock your debit card
- Change your debit card PIN
- Receive sign-in support
- Update account information like your address, phone number and email address
- Place or remove a stop payment on a check or ACH
- Request duplicate tax forms be mailed to you

Yes, there are self-service ATMs available at all Cafés that are fee-free to Capital One customers. You can use them to deposit cash, deposit checks, pay your credit card bill and more. Not a customer? There’s a small fee to use the ATMs.

Account holders (18+) can reserve a nook—a private workspace with tables and outlets—when they’re in the Café or from their Capital One mobile app. When in the Café, visitors can scan the QR code on the door of the nook to access the reservation portal to complete their booking. As of December 2024, account holders can make reservations in the Capital One mobile app by searching for their preferred Café, viewing the details of that Café and selecting "Reserve a Nook" to access the reservation portal.
