- RARae Arnold2 days ago3.0Great coffee. We got ham and cheese croissants and what we were expecting was a savory salty breakfast but it was drenched in orange marmalade. Why would you even put marmalade on that at all let alone that much on both sides of the bread so I couldn't even salvage half. Remove marmalade a ham and cheese croissant is perfect as it is you monsters.

Whether you’re into a smooth latte, a bold pour-over, or just a perfectly brewed drip, the quality rivals a lot of local coffee shops I’ve been to. They use great beans, the drinks are consistently well-made, and even their seasonal options are worth trying. It’s the kind of coffee that perks you up and tastes great to boot. 🪑 Chill, Comfortable Environment What really sets this café apart is the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The seating is comfortable, there are plenty of tables and outlets, and it’s surprisingly peaceful for being inside one of the busiest malls in the country. It’s the perfect spot to sit down with your laptop for a bit, catch up on emails, or knock out some work between errands and shopping stops. 📍 Great Spot Between Shopping Whether you need a midday coffee break or an impromptu workspace, Capital One Café hits the sweet spot between function and comfort. - JNJeff NeumanDec 26, 20255.0I primarily dislike physical banking and joined Cap One for checking & savings because it was easy to set up & I never had to talk to anyone to get an account. They've served my minimal needs near-perfectly in that respect, and I appreciate the higher interest on my savings. That said, I had a banking issue that required the use of a physical branch, and they did their best to serve me. When my deposit wasn't accepted at the atm in the café, means were arranged to get the check I needed deposited via mail and they were kind enough to cover the cost of overnighting it. This goes a long way toward strengthening my faith in them as my banking institution of choice. Mohamad took very solid care of me, I was impressed with his earnestness and commitment to serving me as a customer and I felt valued. Don't expect big bank things, but they do what they do with integrity.

Shout-out to Ty for engaging in conversation with my son and I. He pointed out my son's hat (he collects Pokemon pins) and was so nice and hyped up my son so much. We had a wonderful time and he also sent us home with a bunch of Capital One swag. We have told so many people about our experience and we will definitely be back. Should also mention the Cinnamon Maple Latte with Cold Foam is to die for. We really need more genuine people like Ty in this world.

Amy was the one who helped me—they were extremely friendly from the start and walked me through all the possible solutions. Though the process ended up being more complicated than I was hoping, Amy was highly accommodating and clearly committed to service. I am grateful she helped me and I sincerely hope they are compensated well for her attitude and work ethic.

While we don’t have traditional bank tellers in our Cafés, customers can use our self-service options to get everyday banking done., even on the weekend. Ambassadors are on hand to assist you along the way with your banking questions, and can even help you apply for an account. Capital One Checking account holders can use Café ATMs fee-free to check their balance, deposit or withdraw cash, make credit card payments and more. Come in for everyday banking–stay to enjoy a handcrafted beverage. You can also:

Account holders (18+) can reserve a nook—a private workspace with tables and outlets—when they’re in the Café or from their Capital One mobile app. When in the Café, visitors can scan the QR code on the door of the nook to access the reservation portal to complete their booking. As of December 2024, account holders can make reservations in the Capital One mobile app by searching for their preferred Café, viewing the details of that Café and selecting "Reserve a Nook" to access the reservation portal.
