    i was there around 7:15 ish tonight 1/11/25 and the lady at the drive through was incredibly rude. she was confusing me and then got mad at me and yelled at me that i needed to pay even tho i ordered online. and didn’t even apologize when she realized she was wrong. can’t remember her name but she was extremely rude even tho you could clearly tell i was on verge of tears because of her.

    Ticket said ketchup only double cheese burger with 1 patty removed. They assumed that meant uncooked grilled cheese with ketchup. I was then given attitude over the phone when I called to ask what happened.
