- NWNate Westberg5 days ago1.0Whoever was working at the drive-through window this evening and around 9 PM did an awful job of customer service. When I got to the menu in the drive-through, I was asked to wait a minute to give them my drive-through code from my mobile app. I was sitting there for about five minutes and the person behind me backed up and went to the other menu and was able to get their order taken right away. I asked to put my drive-through order in because they never responded to me and I gave them my code and they just said second window and we’re very rude about it. I got to the second window and waited for about another five minutes or so, and the person, same one I believe that took my order, give me my food and didn’t say a word to me. This was a very bad interaction with this McDonald’s and I would not recommend using the drive-through services, especially at night. I took a photo of the drive-through because I was sitting there so long and the person that in the photo is the same person that handed me my food.

I gave them this code and then they like tried to put the fries in my sprite or something so I knew I had to act fast or it would be to late… We pulled up to the window and then a worker bullied us trying to scam us by paying 9 dollars for a 4 dollar burger!! He asked again if I wanted fries in my sprite and I was like no man. Overall I loved all the twists and turns but at the end of it all I have no burger and just fries.
