  This might be the most incompetent McDonalds I've ever seen. I've eaten here twice in the last few weeks. First I had to wait over an hour for my order when it wasn't even that busy as I overheard the staff talk about how they were understaffed to the point that something like 2 people were running the place. And today I wasted time buying a chicken sandwich to find out that they decided to not put any chicken on it. So I had a bread sandwich and fries for lunch. Now I'm spending even more time here this evening waiting for a refund. Plenty of better places to eat in the next parking lot over.

  I have been coming here for a simple soft drink and EVERY time I go there, you have to wait 10 minutes in the drive through when it wasn't busy. Don't waist your money. Go to exit 187, there McDonald's don't have as many problems.

  This has to be the worst mcdonalds in existence. I was in line and it took me 25 minutes to get my food. They were taking one order at a time, waiting for each customer to pay and receive their food, and then allowing the bext vustomer in line to place their order. At this rate, you could go to a diner, order better food for the same price, and sit down and eat that food all within the same time frame as this mcdonalds will take to serve you a sausage mcmuffin and a hash brown.

  I literally had to wait 48 minutes for a cup of coffee. This is beyond ridiculous. Are you’re not trying to hire people? As the customers we just wanna understanding so we can know when we come this is not fast food

  I would stop here on occasion because it is very convenient. Unfortunately the first time I went it took forever. There’s usually a couple of cars in line so I skip it. Today there was almost no line so I figured it would be quick. Pulled up to the window and sat there for longer than I have ever waited at any fast food. I finally started saying hello hello and she says “I’ll take your order in a minute“ finally comes back and takes my order, I pull up. There’s nobody else in line, there’s nobody inside the restaurant. She’s on her phone at the first window. I think she just didn’t know I was there and didn’t want to take my order even when I started talking There is a Tim Hortons right a couple buildings down that you should go for if you’re in a hurry
