I was very polite, just asked what kind of drinks they had because she told me they were out of large diet coke and caramel machiatos. She audibly went "UGH" and then demeaned me to her coworker because I misunderstood that "we don't have large diet coke" meant they don't have large cups. Don't normally give bad reviews but she probably should not work in customer service if she is going to make people feel like they are stupid.
