  These people two women were very very rude and cocky to a senior citizen my mother. I called and instantly I knew especially after seeing them I can understand why you'd be miserable I would be too. That old saying misery loves company. Whatever makes you feel good. And after seeing you I understand your misery if I had to look in the mirror everyday I'd be miserable too. Never mess with a daughter

  Ordered a delivery and they gave the delivery driver the wrong order. They refused to offer any assistance and said “too bad, not our problem”. Whether or not it was “your problem”, you were still at fault for not giving the correct orders and above all, highly unprofessional.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. I ordered directly through the Pizza Hut website (not DoorDash or Uber Eats) specifically so I could request very, very light sauce due to medical dietary restrictions. I also paid extra for delivery so I could include this request and added it clearly in the specialty comments. Unfortunately, the pizza I received had an excessive amount of sauce — so much that the cheese was barely visible. To make matters worse, I ordered and paid for two ranch cups and instead received two garlic sauces. Had the store contacted me to say ranch was unavailable, I would have canceled the order and ordered elsewhere. I was never given that option. When I called the store, I was told they would not refund my order. The only options offered were: Sending a replacement pizza without ranch, or A credit to order pizza on another day — which doesn’t help, as I do not normally eat pizza due to a medical condition and only ordered this as a one-time exception while sick. This order cost nearly $27 after delivery, sauces, and tip, (for a $9.99 medium pizza) and it’s not something I can even eat. I rarely complain or leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable and disappointing, especially given the lack of accountability or customer care. Don't waste your heart earn money on this place, order from somewhere else.

  This has to be the worst pizza place and location to go to not only did i order my food online tried having someone pick up my order and and they say to my boyfriend they dont have an order for me. I received a confirmation and time to pick up food. I go up there and see my name that it was ready for pickup. I explain to them that someone came to pick up this order for me and I told them if they could make it over for me fresh please I will wait. Basically told me they won't make it over for me after it had been sitting there for over 20 mins. Really so you want me to eat some pizza that been sitting there for 20 mins.
