  The food here is awful. When they first open, it was good. But slowly everything started to get watered down. The pho is extremely watered down now. No taste whatsoever. The place is dirty. Most of the time, u can see a layer of dust on the soup spoons that are left on the table in a container. I never use them. The bottles of hoisen and Sriracha are crusted on the opening. I ate one of the meatballs in my pho and it tasted spoiled. I spit it back out because I didn't want to get sick. They are using expired food. I will only go to the pho pot on Dixie now as i will not give "i love pho" any more money for a bowl of water and noodles. Pho pot actually have quality authentic food and service and their pho is really good. Youll def see and taste the difference. Plus their place is super clean. This place is just awful. Do better. In response: I actually had a good day that day. After coming into your restaurant, I was beyond upset I paid $15 for a bowl of water and noodles. Your responses to the bad food and service shows how unprofessional you are. You want to serve people expired, rotten food with a side of bad service and get mad when they tell the truth. Typical. I'm happy to be going to the pho pot. I'd rather give them my money than to you guys. They are levels above your cheap restaurant. You should be reported to the health department.

  Pho is probably my absolute favorite soup. And this was top notch!! So savory, a large helping of noodles. Absolutely delicious!! The place itself was small, and to be honest seemed closed, but the sign was on and I was in need of this healing soup!! I'm so glad I went for it, because it will definitely be a regular place I stop in at. SOO worth it!! So if the light is on, stop in! You will not regret it!!

  Food and service has declined since the last few times I’ve been here. My vermicelli noodles were hard and my fresh rolls had very little noodles and the wrap was tough and super chewy. I noticed the cook microwaving my noodles in a bowl before topping it off and serving it to me. There was barely any noodles mostly veggies and not enough meat. They could improve on the customer service when people are dining in. Never came to check on us or refill my waters. The gentleman taking orders seem more of a construction worker with dirty hands rather than an actual server. Unfortunately we will not return. It was really good when they first open but not sure what happened since then.

  I just got food last night from this place. Normally it's good but they are cheating thier customers. I asked for shrimp fried rice. They cut the shrimp tails off and serve that to thier customers. I PAID $29 for wings and fried rice only to be cheated out of food. This is bad for business. Not one whole shrimp in the heap of rice they cooked. If you're charging luxury prices make it consistent everytime somone orders. Don't CHEAT your customers 🤬🤬🤬
