  Me and my mom stopped here during a snow storm. It was the perfect spot for a snowy day! The chicken pho and the shrimp fried rice was to die for! The service was great! Definitely a small business that we will continue to support.

  Drove a good bit to grab takeout from here— fried rice and the broth base for my pho was cold. No utensils in the bag. When I called to ask for a refund (as I had no way to reheat the food), the owner started arguing with me and demanded that I return the food to receive the refund? Afterwards, he blocked my phone number. I could not get a hold of him and was forced to return the food in-person. When I got to the restaurant, he continued to assume I did not know that the additives (the noodles, meat, etc.) were left uncooked on purpose, and that I was complaining that those were cold. I understand the additives are supposed to be left cold to maintain the integrity of their texture/flavor— but the broth? Cold, and unadvertised as such? I also know this is commonplace, but I had no way at home to heat it up and did not know that’s how it’d be served to me. If I’d known, I just would not have ordered it in the first place— this isn’t even touching the fact that the fried rice was incredibly cold as well. Owner continued to argue with me in-person instead of making it right. Incredibly unprofessional through the whole situation, he only caved for a refund after realizing I ordered through their personal website. Based on the way he argues with customers here in the review section, I presume this behavior is normal I know times and money are hard for a family restaurant, but it’s also hard out here on a single-person income; $40 for cold food is not something I can do right now.

  I cannot recommend this place enough, this is a must go to place if you are in the mood for pho! The bubble drinks, amazing. The pho, some of the best I have ever had. You need to try this place. The food was great, the atmosphere is also a yes. The options they have for this place. There is limited seating, but I need you to try it
