  Couldn’t make our breakfast order even tho we placed it before breakfast was over like be fr girl yall just lazy shoulda been made the shit when the order was placed

  I stopped in here for lunch ONLY because it was on my way to where I was working. I usually avoid this particular McDonald's because 9/10 times the food is cold and made wrong. Needless to say, today was no different except the food was hot just made wrong and the service was AWFUL. They had multiple workers there and a few of them were just standing around laughing and chatting. Aside from the occasional glance at me waiting at the front counter, they didn't acknowledge me in any other way. After about 5-8 minutes of standing there, a worker came to take my order and she definitely brought her attitude with her. She made me feel like me being there was an inconvenience to her. When she handed me my food I said thank you and didn't get a response back from her. My coworkers wanted to stop at the same McDonald's before work the next day. We were the only car in the drive thru. It was just after 7am and after waiting awhile at the drive thru ordering spot we end driving away because no ever came to take our order. As we pass the drive-thru pickup Windows you could clearly see workers in there. One was even standing outside the side door just past the pick up window, talking to someone in their car. Worst McDonald's in Warren! Someone should let those rude workers know that they are not being FORCED to work there, if they don't like their job or like being in customer service they are allowed to get a job elsewhere instead of being rude to customers.

  The girls working at this McDonald's are always really rude and dismissive. On multiple occasions I've stood waiting for 20 minutes before even being acknowledged or until every person in the store that isn't white is helped first. Absolutely hate coming here!

  This place is the worst location. They have horrible customer service and my food is never right and they don’t know what they’re doing.
