  Service was pretty horrendous. The staff was extremely nice, but it was literally one person running the show. The overall atmosphere was kind of dingy, dark and miserable. The tables were very messy and sticky and the floor was filthy. The food was probably one of the biggest disappointments. I saw an ad on Instagram and have heard good things, but I was misled. The Burger was OK, but you could’ve gone to any other place for a burger and been satisfied. The lemonade was just sugar, water, and mostly syrup… Finally, the fries l. I had to dedicate a I had to dedicate an entire paragraph to this Item .These were the worst fries I have ever had from a restaurant in my entire life. They were beyond overcooked and saturated with grease. Imagine, biting into a crunchy fry filled with oil instead of potato, and the oil is old and bitter. My family owns food trucks and I have been working in them since I have been 13 and I am now 25. These fries were probably sitting at the bottom of the fryer and just scooped up into a container and served. The biggest waste of money. Immediate buyers remorse. The amount of money that you pay for The amount of food you receive is bad enough, let alone the quality of the food being mediocre at best.

  Glad to see they were able to get a brick and mortar location. Food was hot and fresh, crazy good taste. Nacho burger was messy but a flavor bomb. Cajun fries were super fresh and trying the dogs for the first time were amazing.

  Really good food and service as well as atmosphere, it has really good food options and variety in burgers from normal to Cheeto, which is the one I got and is super good

  Las hamburguesas son deliciosas y están bastante bien elaboradas. Las papas crujientes y con muy buen sabor!!! Un lugar agradable con buena comida y servicio excelente por parte del personal!!!

  🤮 Extremely disappointed. First time here and this place was absolutely filthy. When they're comfortable letting the parts people can see get so gross, just imagine what the kitchen must be like. Behind the counter there was a wet/dirty mop just laying on the ground and trash and napkins spread around the floor (pictured). Then I took a seat to wait and the booth's seat was broken and I fell in! I mentioned it to the staff and he just said "thanks for letting me know". The place itself smelled bad so I went into the hotel lobby right outside the and told the kid at the counter if he there and to let me know when my order comes up (it's like 15 feet away). You probably guessed what happened next. He didn't let me know and eventually I came and got my order. I asked him "hey how come you didn't let me know?" and he looked up from his phone for just long enough to apologize. Then I got home opened my order and it was completely wrong! Ordered a hot dog and got chicken nuggets lol. Totally different burger too. I didn't touch the food and called three times for a refund but they never answered. So I drove all the way back and thankfully they were very kind & understanding (offered to remake it, etc) and gave me the refund immediately. Brick and mortar is really different from a truck so I hope the owners cut their losses before sinking too much into a physical location they aren't committed to running well.
