I ordered through drive thru and it was Terrible. I must have repeated my order 10times and they still couldn’t get my order right. They were so rude kept blaming me for messing up my order after she slammed the window multiple times she wanted me to pull up because she was more worried about her drive thru timer then making sure my order was correct. I couldn’t not believe them ladies was able to carry there self’s the way they were acting at work and get away with it.

Pretty inconvenient that we have to go to another location when this one is closest to our house because they ALWAYS get our order wrong. Even with the receipt saying exactly what we ordered it’s somehow wrong or they forget something. Do better

it seems every McDonald's is the same now. no more filling your own drink, getting napkins or ketchup, in return you get rude customer service with incomplete orders. I got my food without any napkins, no ketchup or honey mustard, no straws and i have to wait at the cashier for over 20 minutes while it seems like im talking to myself. corporate or franchise stores, McDonald's isnt worth it anymore

Some of the best people in the world works here! The customer service is superior. They are one of my three favorite McDonald's in the whole state. The food is consistently fresh They treat their customers like they are in some high end restaurant. I have waited a while to post, because other restaurants hit or miss so often that a good review is unwarranted. Not here! Every kind word is unquestionably deserved. Even if some mistake occurs, they don't become unprofessional, or pathetically defensive, they simply smile, fix it, and keep it moving. I wish that I could clone this wonderful team and place them everywhere that food is served. The restaurant is usually clean. The bathrooms are well stocked and clean. The play area is the cleanest that I've seen. They hosted a very family friendly birthday party for my kiddo. My child was beyond happy. I can't thank the ownership, management, and team enough for setting such a beautiful, high, standard of service. They make you feel like family and create a great community atmosphere. You cant get this from a robot. My deepest gratitude to each employee for all their hard work everyday.

The general managers daughter is an entitled brat. She put that we had picked up a mobile order we didnt pick up yet. Then said we didnt have an order there. Overcharged us. Didn't return our money back correctly. (Ive worked in restaurants you return via the method the customer used) we were polite even after she did all this. Her attitude was wild. She yelled at us with my baby in the car. Screaming that her mom is the general manager. We just wanted our food. We didnt even complain. Just asked for the plain burger as we ordered it, since they gave us one with everything on it. Never had an issue with other staff. But every encounter with her is unprofessional.
