  We have been ordering from Karl's for over 20 years... lately the food has completely sucked! I ordered a Antipasta Salad and it had about 5 pieces of chunk lunch meat, very little mozzarella cheese and shredded lettuce - the container was completely shredded lettuce with very few toppings. We will NEVER order from here again! 😒

  Unacceptable Customer Service & Inedible Food-Physically Ill. We ordered Karl’s Pizza 12/27 while celebrating Christmas with family at my father’s home, and the food quality was terrible. The pizzas were so greasy they were inedible, and the meat appeared undercooked. After eating, THREE people became physically ill, and one entire pizza went untouched because no one could tolerate it. Managements (Rob) response was rude, dismissive, and condescending, making us feel like scam artists instead of long-time customers raising a legitimate concern. We’ve been loyal customers for 10+ years and have never experienced anything like this. Many families here have been long time customers. Receiving no apology and repeatedly hearing “I don’t know what you want me to do” is unacceptable stating if you want to bring the pizzas back we can re-make, well I explained that we were celebrating Christmas tonight therefore I’m not going to ask guests to wait to eat and we certainly didn’t think we get physically ill. You would think ownership and management would appreciate long-standing customers and make an effort to correct a clear mistake, rather than brushing it off and showing zero accountability. This situation should have been handled with basic manners, empathy, and customer service—something that may need to be relearned. It’s apparently okay to take our money, but not okay to treat customers with respect when something goes wrong. Because of both the inedible food that made people sick and how this was handled, multiple long-time customers present will no longer be ordering. If possible, I would like this issue escalated. I also have photos of the food we received.

  I’ve been going to Karl’s for as long as I can remember and they never fail to turn out great food! Another great pizza tonight!
