    They seen black folks and made us wait 30-45 mins for our food and they accepted and served multiple people in front of us. Lots of middle aged people who told me to order on the kiosk then turned and took someone else’s order. This is sad and needs to be looked upon this isn’t right

    How does this facility take two years for a simple order. Food came out cold for waiting for an hour.

    1 hour in drive through and had to correct people to get correct order. There is definitely problems at this location. Now driving to Mason instead of going here because sadly its faster.

    I ordered 2 deluxe mccrispy, gold edition meals. It did not come with bacon or cheese. When I called and told them they said they wrote it down, and that I would need to come back to say something further, but I do not go to that mcdonald's, nor do I live around there. And when I asked why they could not do anything about it, I was met with aggression. And then when I asked his name, because I was going to go to the g, m, like I was told he had hung up on me. Worst service possible i waited in line for like thirty minutes for that sandwich just to come out messed up or sandwiches.
