But tonight was literally 15/10, and hit every mark. Its currently 2:14AM while I write this mind you and all this happened 30 minutes ago lol. I called ahead making sure they had ice cream cuz my gf NEEDED a mcflurry. They said yes until 2AM. I got there, ordered from the drive thru and asked about the new chips ahoy frappe and they said it was good, so I tried it and I agree! Ive always loved this mcdonalds, but tonight employees Michael and Michelle really gave the best service I could have gotten. There was a bunch of little things I appreciated during this interaction as well but this paragraph is already gettin long lol. Moral of the story, Michelle and Michael from night shift made my evening tonight and the food was great too :) PS: sorry for any typos im tired as its very late for this, but I fr got THAT good of service here. Hence why Im staying up this late writing this👍

She gave me it and I got to keep the points as the system wasn’t working. Christina, THANK YOU so much for your great customer service tonight and making my night so I can eat dinner as I’m in a nursing home recovering from an auto accident! She deserves a big raise 100%!
