This is a horrible location, it’s one min from my house would’ve been so convenient. Stopped here last night and the lady at the window was so rude, she wasn’t listening to anything I was saying and kept shrugging her shoulders to say she didn’t care, and for no reason, I wasn’t even having a issue was just asking for sauce. The problem here is the people, they talk to customers like trash and only give respect to certain customers. And McDonalds could care less about customer service now a days that’s why they get away with it. It’s such a shame that something as simple as grabbing some fast food comes with hate and rudeness. This staff needs to be replaced and the management has the worst attitudes.

The night shift manager is lazy and incompetent I placed my DoorDash order 3:48am November 19th for a Big Mac and two triple cheese burgers. Simple enough right? Wrong! I had three dashers go to the store and the manager on duty DID not make the order. Oh and when I called, the manager told me that they “shut down” and that they can’t make the order even after I told her I placed it long before breakfast is even started. So now they just wasted the time gas and energy of three dashers because they waited 40 minutes to cancel the order wasted my time as well and I don’t even get my food? Even then when I’ve come here late at night 10 minutes before 4 they stop taking orders in the “drive thru” but this is DoorDash and the managers literally do nothing but stand at table all day so really what’s the excuse? These people are the biggest waste of money for the owners of the store extremely lazy and no willingness to rectify the situation no coupon in the mail just “we are serving breakfast, we didn’t make your food have a good day.”. And you best believe I won’t order here again .

Always messed up My order every single time don't matter if you go through the drive-thru or if you order at the kiosk but then half the time and they'll be so busy. They will not even acknowledge you at the drive-thru window and they will lock the doors early. What a disgrace in this establishment

This morning, I visited the McDonald’s located on 16 Mile in Sterling Heights with my sister and mother. I ordered the Big Breakfast and asked one of the employees if it was possible to substitute the biscuit and sausage (as we do not eat sausage) for two McGriddles. The employee confirmed that the substitution would not be an issue and stated that he could do it for us. When we received our order, there was only one McGriddle. I approached the counter to politely inform staff of the mistake. Unexpectedly, the manager began yelling at us, saying we could not return to the store and that she would call the police if we complained further. We were extremely shocked, as we did not raise our voices or act disrespectfully at any point. We also asked her to verify with the employee who originally confirmed the substitution, but she refused to speak with him. My sister asked for the manager’s name, but she refused to provide it, repeatedly yelling that she was the manager and would not give her name. The situation felt very hostile and unprovoked, especially considering we were simply trying to clarify an order that had been handled incorrectly. The manager refused to identify herself. We have a photo taken inside the restaurant for identification purposes. We were left shaken and confused by this experience and would like this matter to be reviewed.

AI should improve, not inhibit, customer service. Stopped here today to grab a quick bite. I was greeted and then placed my order. I asked several times if they got it and never heard anything back so I pulled around to the first window. The employee let me know that no one took to my order and called over the manager. The manager said I had to pull back around and place my order again. I asked if I could just place the order at the window and he refused saying that "AI greeted you but an employee didn't take your order". I left without purchasing anything and stopped at a Burger King instead. I was greeted by a person who happily took my order which I received with no issue. Literally nobody asked for AI at a fast food restaurant. And if it exists it should improve the customer experience. Confused as to why they couldn't just take my order at the window. Definitely won't be purchasing from this store in the future!
