    Went thru the drive thru for 2 sausage mcmuffins with extra cheese. They gave me 2 egg mcmuffins with no cheese. Man that was a huge bummer. Silly and unimportant, I know, but it really ruined my morning.

    Pulled up to the window AI said start your order when ready got nothing back waited 5 minutes 6 vehicles moved through the other lane I pulled up they said oh you can’t order at the window please go back through. Left went to BK never again will visit this location 20 degrees out and you had me sitting for 5 minutes sorry but hopefully this location will close soon.

    This is a horrible location, it’s one min from my house would’ve been so convenient. Stopped here last night and the lady at the window was so rude, she wasn’t listening to anything I was saying and kept shrugging her shoulders to say she didn’t care, and for no reason, I wasn’t even having a issue was just asking for sauce. The problem here is the people, they talk to customers like trash and only give respect to certain customers. And McDonalds could care less about customer service now a days that’s why they get away with it. It’s such a shame that something as simple as grabbing some fast food comes with hate and rudeness. This staff needs to be replaced and the management has the worst attitudes.
