On her final day, there was no acknowledgement, no thank-you, not even a simple card. After such a long and loyal career, she deserved far better. It felt like her departure was met with resentment rather than appreciation. A little kindess and gratitude can go a long way. Especially toward those who've given so much of themselves to a company.
