  I'm not sure what's really going on here I finally went and HONEY I will not Return Chicken not better than a (kfc>>church's or no other) Now the spaghetti sooo sweet could not even eat it It's a NOOOOOO for me but maybe some just can't fry chicken then yes I can see you going here my question izzzzz where was the seasoning on the chicken and it ain't that CRUNCHY 🤔 either but hey it's just my opinion Now The PEACH/MANGO PIE this was delicious till I got to the middle not fully cooked I'm soooo done I went I saw i taste Happy Holidays

  The Filipino food my wife and I were missing. Slightly different but still amazing and brought back memories of the Philippines and was well worth our detour back home to Tennessee. The food was delicious and served fast the staff even talked to my wife in Tagalog which made her day. The price was not the same as the Philippines but on par with other fast food restaurants in the area. I highly recommend.

  Honestly, this is the worst Jollibee I've visited in the US. The rice was not cooked properly - hard and dry like it wasn't even checked before serving. The crew and the manager were so loud, talking and laughing as if they were in their own hangout spot, not a restaurant with customers dining in. The cashier (short, skinny, female) seemed distracted and not attentive at all - it's like she wasn't in the right state of mind to be working. I love Jollibee, but this branch in Michigan was such a disappointment. I hope management takes this seriously because the brand deserves better representation than this.

  I live in Illinois, and we have a Jollibee here and it is fair. But Jollibee in Sterling Heights is the best Jollibee I have visited! The chicken is always fresh and hot. The staff is wonderful. I will only eat at this Jollibee, for now on. I just found out that they will be open Thanksgiving! And I will be there that weekend. Keep up the good work

  I drove a long way through heavy traffic to get here and when I did, the guy informed my wife and o that this chicken restaurant was in fact out of chicken and we were looktat a 30 min wait because they just put the chicken in the frier. Why not pit chicken in when you are getting low? The man behind the counter just shrugged and walked away. He didn't say hey we only serve fresh chicken, or i can put your order in and here is a free drink, or we also have spaghetti and burgers, nothing just left us standing there like it was our fault. The place had 2 tables of diners, so it was neither busy nor empty, both maigine reasons to be out of chicken..but there no reason to be not to have fresh chicken. Especially at the crazy high prices they try to get here... $5 for a yum yum burger? My recommendation is to go to chik fil let...
