I ordered a taco pizza with no lettuce, and even though the receipt clearly said “no lettuce,” the pizza still came covered in it. What makes this worse is that this pizza was already being purchased with a credit from a previous order they messed up, so this is now a repeated issue. Instead of offering any additional credit or a refund, the store made me drive all the way back out to pick up the remade pizza. No apology, no compensation—nothing. It’s frustrating to have the same mistake happen twice and then be inconvenienced again. Definitely not the experience I expect when ordering from a national chain.
