Restaurant is owned the Schultz family. I've put a stop payment on two orders and will no longer give any Schultz owned McDonald my business. Why is there ketchup on a burger that was QC'd? Why is there salt on fries that were QC'd? Why do your people refuse to take responsibility for?

Sometimes I catch it, sometimes I end up at home with disappointed kids. It’s so aggravating. How is there no quality control over orders?

Store manager let me stand there for 10 mins and avoided eye contact to not have to help me. Looked right at me but nah, didn’t care. Then gave me attitude. Every time I’ve come here it’s horrible. Don’t eat here and definitely don’t pick up DoorDash orders from here
- SSStevenOct 25, 20251.010 - 25 - 25 2:30 a.m. I pulled up to the speaker to pick up an order and I was left sitting at the speaker for 10- 12 minutes I pull up to the window the excuse was the employee couldn't understand me I don't know what language he speaks I speak english, the guy that handed me the order reeked of alcohol. After smelling the guy reeking of alcohol it made sense to me why they couldn't understand me.
