absolutely no reason why i should be sitting for 10 minutes waiting to be greeted at the drive thru when there are no other cars in line, and no other customers in the lobby. slowest service EVER, these people need to take some pride in their work and actually do the job they were hired for.

Mobile app was used. Got there had to wait about then got my food and the food was not hot. By the time I got 10 minutes away, everything was cold.

Mobile ordered 2 larger meals and one happy meal, did not receive the fries or drinks for the large meals and the chicken sandwich we did get the bun was rock hard and stale, the chicken tasted like day old leftovers and had brown lettuce to top it off. So disgusted

When our food was delivered, 2 large meals and a kids meal. Both fries were missing, one large drink and the kids drink. The one drink we did get was wrong and the deluxe chicken sandwich had a rock hard stale bottom bun and brown dried out lettuce. One bite without bottom bun and it tasted like yesterday's leftovers.

This place got no better with new management. I had a mobile order And I gave them plenty of time to prepare it before I showed up. When I showed up and went inside, I heard the man yelling “I have four sausage McMuffins And hotcakes up!” Which is exactly what I ordered so originally I was like OK cool they’re about to give me my order. But I was wrong. I sat there and waited and waited and waited probabaly 10-12 minutes. They prioritized the drive-through and ignored the people inside waiting. By the time they acknowledged my order, my food was cold and nasty. I should learn to never expect anything less from this location. But hey, I’ll give them props for having my order correct for once ever.
