Door Dashed some food while watching some football.
Nuggets were golden, crispy & honestly, if they were always this good I would weigh 200 plus pounds.
Also worth noting, Strawberry shake machine was working, grrlfriend was pleased.
Order was correctly made, hot & I wish I could pick this location more from with in the McDonald’s app when ordering.

This is honestly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and I wasn't expecting that. I visited there during the second week of December 2025 at around 7:00pm. I took my children and one of their friends to the mall. It was my daughter's birthday outing. She turned 12 that weekend. She had her own money and decided that after the mall, she wanted to go to McDonald's. The place was kind of busy; inside and out. We walked in, tried to find a clean table and there wasn't one so I cleaned one off. My daughter wanted to dine in. We stood second in line at the register for over 30 minutes. Because this is what my daughter wanted, I waited. We waited. The staff acted like no one was in the lobby... They were focused on the drive thru. After about 20 minutes the lobby had about 15 people waiting. We were all getting annoyed. We kept trying to politely get some one's attention...it's Roseville. We were all being ignored. Finally our order was taken at the 30 minute mark. Then we had to wait for the food. That took another 20 minutes. We ordered 5 lemonades with our meals. Normally, when you've been waiting a minute, they give you your drink cups first. That didn't happen. We were charged extra for getting lemonade. That was normal. However, when we went to fill our cups... There wasn't any lemonade. The guy grabbing the trash told us that the lemonade was behind the counter. I stood in line again for about 10 minutes. The cashier told us that they didn't have any lemonade. We then got something else to drink and set down. I checked my McDonald's app and saw that they took double the points off for my chicken sandwich for that visit. I was going to stand back in line and say something.... But I couldn't. I was too annoyed. Plus, I didn't think that they'd be capable of helping me with the points or the drink issue. As we prepared to leave some teenage boy... He looked about 18... Was recording my 12 year old and laughing with his friend. She was wearing her little goth outfit. Instead of me receiving assault charges for knocking his phone out of his hand, I stood in front of my child and glared at him. He uncomfortably put his phone down. Regardless of that, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. I've never been inside one for longer than 30 minutes before. This was like a 90 minute experience. Never again. I totally get better customer service and accuracy in Detroit. Just terrible. My first job was at a McDonald's in the actual hood, I know how things are supposed to operate. They failed horribly.

My fiance went through the drive thru to get me a 2 cheese burger meal with no onions and they only gave one burger with onions. I called up there to let them know and the lady was really rude on the phone and basically said I was lying because they're 2 managers that made and put the food in the bag. Why would I lie about not getting what was ordered and paid for. Terrible workers who should not be managers. If you're that miserable dont work there.

i had a pretty easy order it was not complicated, multiple people started talking in the mic when i was taking my order it was very obnoxious. When i got to the first window i asked the lady to split the bill in half for two different payments and she charged all payments to one card and then proceeded to say she “oops sorry couldn’t do it” and they’ve done it multiple times at this location before. and then they had me pull to the curb to get my food and it was still cold when i received it. i do not recommend this place.

If you want to be disrespected and constantly waiting for food while the staff is on their phones, this is the place for you. If you want to reach out to a higher up to share your experience and the way certain staff members talk to you like garbage, they will do the absolute bare minimum and expect you to be satisfied by it.
