The worst McXperience I've ever had in my life. Ordered a large sweet tea and 4 cookies, recieved 2 cookies and unsweetened tea. The staff member who handed me my bag literally never even looked at me even when I said thank you and told them to have a great night they never once looked at me. Like I understand not liking your job or wanting to work but like just wow

We ordered on uber eats from here today and requested 14 bbq sauces which we paid for and never received (we buy extra to have at home for the kids), our fries were literally crunchy like potato chips, and the filet o fish was dry and crunchy as well. I called to let the mgr. know that the quality of the food was horrible and they may want to check whoever is cooking. She rudely answered "mcdonalds gratiot and martin" with a horrible attitude. I asked for a manager and she said this is one. I was friendly and said I am not looking to get anything from you guys, but I explained what happened and she said "what time was that? I responded and let her know (it was literally like an hour from the time I called and got someone because Noone answered the phone the other times) and her response was "that was before my shift"(still with an attitude), "so what do you want". I said I just wanted to make you guys aware about the quality of the food you're putting out and check with whoever was cooking it. I also bit into a fry to show the crunch while on the phone and she didn't give a care in the world. Again she asked what I wanted and I said just for you to check your team thats cooking and she said I will, at that point I was frustrated because you can clearly tell she didn't care and my response was no you wont and I hung up. Horrible customer service...smh.
