When we asked about why we got regular cups, we were told that they ran out of such cups. For me, it didn't add up. This is a national event, and this specific location didn't have the items in stock? I understand that the chances of winning are one in a million. Nonetheless, we were deprived of the opportunity of possibly being that one in a million. I know that each location is privately owned / manages, but McDonald's should not be advertising a national game if specific locations will fall short to honor the advertising.

All the servers/kitchen professionals were hustling, multitasking with table cleanup and refilling accoutrements. This is a very busy freeway stop so the bathrooms get a workout and could use a bit more tidying. We were on vacation, pulling a trailer, the roomy trailer/truck parking is appreciated!
