I basically felt like I was being accused of lieing last night because I said I didn't receive my shake. The kid at the window said "are you sure"? I went through all the drinks he already handed us and sure enough his co worker was bringing my shake over then he handed it to me and didint say anything. As far as customer service I would say this is the worst McDonald's around here. Also it's so annoying when they ask you to pull up to the first window and nobody is there to be able to pay so we go to the next one. My daughter did that the one day and the guy said I asked you to pull to the first window and I told him there was nobody there to pay and he said "well they are doing dishes so we can keep this place going". That made no sence so we are expected to wait until they are done doing dishes? I could go on but I'll leave it at that.

Cold fries one day, none the next. Manager likes to have employee gatherings in the parking lot at night so they can all stare at you when you pull in. Damn, now they have to work. And double check everything you order, they WILL screw something up and NOT CARE, no matter how good a customer you have been in the past. DONE with THIS location.

When I asked the cashier for my drink cupShe rolled her eyes at me and slammed the cup on the counter. Not sure what the problem was when asking for something I paid for.

I honestly stop for coffee a few times a day .. the staff is wonderful
