  Very disappointed with this location. I’ve worked in fast food for 5+ years and managed locations for 4+ and never once spoke to a customer the way my dad was spoken to the other morning. All he did was going and attempt to place an order at the counter since he had cash. We both admit he did get a little rude to the employee who spoke to him but that never warrants telling a customer to” go drink another one “. That is incredibly disrespectful and I will no longer be returning to this location because of this. Would give 0 stars if I could.

  Ordered food tonight 1/8/2026 and the chicken nuggets are old and burnt, wrong chicken sandwich but regardless that is also old and obviously cooked more than once. Fries are brown and cooked multiple times also. Disgusting

  They NEVER get the order right and when you try to call no one answers the phone after multiple calls. Then when I did get ahold of someone she states there's nothing they can do because it was the night before and the food has already been eaten what did you want my kids to do wait till the next day to have dinner because you guys messed up in order and never answer the phone. I will drive 5 miles out of my way to go to a different McDonald's this McDonald's is the biggest joke

  Spent 75 dollars at McDonald's didn't receive order right SMH and manager want me to bring sandwich back for them to get my order right cause they messed up instead of getting my name for next time cause it costs gas money to come back

  I was trying to use my rewards points, and the manager I interacted with was extremely rude. Instead of calmly explaining what could or couldn’t be done, she spoke to me in a dismissive and impatient manner and told me I was “holding up the drive-thru line” and needed to pull back around. Her attitude and demeanor were rude from the moment she approached the window, before I even had a chance to speak, and it felt like this is not the first time she’s treated customers this way. On top of that, every time I try to use my rewards points at this location, the system “never works.” The whole purpose of having points is to be able to use them, yet this continues to be an ongoing issue. She did not offer any type of solution or attempt to help resolve the problem and instead kept trying to dismiss me. Between the repeated system problems and the manager’s unprofessional behavior, this experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
