I didn't want the item they gave me and asked for a refund. She said they couldn't do that and wanted to hurry me away because I was at the drive-thru. I'm pretty sure if I asked the shake machine was down too. LOL. I won't be back and think I'm done with McDonald's in general. For a location that advertised 24hrs 7 days a week , who’s directly off of the expressway, next to hotels and in a business district this is absolutely ridiculous! Lazy staff not wanting to do their jobs!
