- LLLorilynnDec 11, 20254.0We visited Pizza Hut today. I hadn't been to this one on Grand Haven Road in Muskegon in quite a while. I was surprised at how "self serve" it was when eating inside. You order your pizza (and pay) at the counter. Then you go get your drinks, silverware, and plates. They then bring your pizza to your table. It was perfectly fine that way, I just didn't know that they changed from having a waitress take your order at the table, bring your drinks, and dinnerware with the pizza. Everyone was friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing. They even had some arcade games to play while waiting. The pizza was good. However, they were a little skimpy on the extra pineapple that I ordered on my half. The breadsticks was very tasty. It's nice to have the Pizza Hut across the street from the cinema.

My husband and I decided to let it go, because how do you prove something like that? I then checked the rest of the pizza before I threw it out and it looks like the rubber band type thing was in at least half of the pizza. Extremely negligent on whoever made this. I am happy to provide date and time information to any member of management that would like to speak to us. Photos provided, but I also have a video.

Stopped in and had some of the best food and service we have had in a very long time. Please make sure to tell Allana that she does a Great job!!! She was very knowledgeable of the business and seems really proud of the great job that she does. Will definitely stop back by and get our Pizza Hut fix. Thanks again, the Garrett's
