    Last few times I’ve went for breakfast to get there $5 value meal deal and they never know which one is the meal deal and never know what drink goes with it. I’ve asked twice now and they say “you can get whatever you want”and then give me a $1 up charge. Today I got frustrated and just left because the girl kept saying “I have no idea.” Good customer service says “I’m not sure but let me go find out.” McDonald’s is actually expensive now so there needs to be better customer service. Your workers clearly don’t know what they are doing or just don’t care. Be better! You no longer have my business. I’ve been working since I was very young and I learned from working at meijer, Wendy’s, hackley hospital, mercy and trinity that you always ask if you don’t know something!

    These two lady’s working the window were totally unprofessional. And quite frankly rude and snotty. I said to the girl at the screen “You didn’t write in sugar free” and she responds with oh I’ll tell the person making it and she never did. And then when I ask is it sugar free? She wants to lie and say we don’t have sugar free syrup? But then made me pull up so she could make one?

    I order a burger, waited a long time for it along with a few others. I got home with my meal, I opened my box with the sandwich in it. I went to pick it up and it had no bottom bun. How do you make a sandwich with no bottom bun? Before I get a link about filing a complaint, I already did. Edit: a few days later, they reached out to me and apologized for that. They will inform the closing manager about this. They will work on the problem.
