    Not only did I sit in the drive thru pickup area for almost 15 minutes after going to pick up my mobile order, but I also paid an up charge on both of my snack wraps for extra cheese. Both looked like this

    Typical poorly queen, McDonald’s, traditionally worst service ever, again today lives up to its reputation as I stood at the counter with not a single employee in sight for five minutes. You wonder are they all dead in the back? Either way, Still the worst McDonald’s in Muskegon by far.

    The food is prepared horribly, and by the time I get it it’s either cold or melted. The crew is so worried about the drive thru that they forget about the front counter and I can’t fault them because they’re not even fully staffed. The older black manager that was there today had no hair net and was constantly rubbing her nose then bagging food. I waited 20 minutes for a DoorDash order and then when I asked when it would be ready I was brushed off with her saying “It’s coming up in a few” I couldn’t give definitive answer to my customers. And the young man they have as a shift lead is just as bad as communicating. The only helpful person there was the girl with the long braids in a bun. At least I knew the food wouldn’t have hair in it.

    Do not go here if you are in a hurry. It took 45 minutes to get 9 meals to go. Terrible management of staff and service
