Think about a school bus full of football players ordering all at once during a rush hour. Minimum wage is not enough for the mindset it takes to handle something like that. That withtheir indiscriminate hiring policy makes it hard for them to keep a regular staff. So, please think of this the next time you get a messed up order, or a grumpy employee, and want to get them fired. They are probably dealing with a lot more than you think.

- RCRj CDec 6, 20252.025 minutes to take my order then 30 minutes for my food watched others who ordered after me get served first.. and when I mentioned something about it I got an attitude fallowed by "we short staffed" Then given more attitude when I asked were my coffee was .. then the staff almost spilled the hot coffee on me and my friend who accompanied me.. I asked for the manager and there was no sight of them.. .. no one should have to wait an hour for food at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT.. STAFF DISRESPECTFUL!!
- SMSean “Murph”Dec 2, 20251.0Stopped in, went through the drive-thru and after the auto play message asking if I was using the app I was greeted with "go ahead with your order". asked for "a 10 piece meal, large with a coke" the lady came on and said "10 piece what?" I replied "10 piece Mcnuggets" then all she said was "pull around" without putting the order on the screen or repeating the order back. I get to the window and she asks if I had a 10 piece, I said yes a 10 piece meal large with a coke. She replied "I didn't hear a meal" she walked away and came back and said okay 10 piece meal medium with a coke, I said I asked for a large ma'am, she replied "you want a large?" I rely yes ma'am and she says okay 9 dollars and takes my card, gives me a receipt and says here you go. As I pull ahead she charged me for a medium meal and I got a medium meal at the window. At that point I was just tired of it and hungry so I gave up. I will say that the manager at the second window was amazing and kind.
