While all the items arrived, the quality of the food itself was very disappointing. Some of it was overcooked to the point of being burnt, while other items had a strange soggy texture that somehow still managed to make your mouth feel dry. The sundae tasted as if the ice cream machine hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time, and much of the food had the stale, rubbery feel of having sat under a heat lamp for too long rather than being freshly prepared. My fiancé worked at McDonald’s in the past, and she pointed out that it’s honestly harder to get the food wrong than to prepare it properly. Sadly, this order was proof that corners were cut. Overall, a very poor showing from this location and not what you’d expect from a brand built on consistency.
