I can't walk from the college to pick up an order after like 9pm because they close the lobby, but they wont let you know when you order on the app. Ive had an issue with almost every single employee I've come across here, including one who just firmly held a door in place on me when i tried to come inside (before 9 pm or whatever time they lock up mind you) basically because it was close to closing time. Also, when i do tell them in the drive through about my missing chicken filet they always try to tell me im insane and then the manager has to come along and correct the little miscreant every single time. This has happened 3 times. Just teach them about the TWO kinds of filets you sell please. Have a look at the most recent, pitiful sandwich they destroyed with sauce, failed to add a filet, and pawned off on me.
