  This McDonalds in Mt Morris on North Saginaw was the worse McDonalds I ever visited. The person who took my Drive Thru order was pleasant and took my order right. I ordered the 2 cheese burger meal with light salt and make it Medium size. Well the person who prepared the food obviously didn't follow the instructions.. This person gave me a small frie packed in salt and the 2 Cheeseburgers were "HORRIBLE." This person smothered ketchup on those cheeseburgers cause the bun to become Mushy and all I could taste was ketchup.. I threw it all away. So I called that McDonald's and asked to speak to the store Manager and the girl I was talking to said she's the store manager when I asked for her name she refused to give it to me and hung up on me. I called her back and she answers the phone "HELLO!" Really? That's how a so called manager answers the phone?!? I asked her why she hung up on me and I heard jibberish (hard to understand her) and again she hung up on me. Called the second time and told her I have Corporate Office number and surely will file a complaint on her. She then said she couldn't hear me and I told her that I could her just fine and if she had said that she couldn't hear than I would have taken her off speaker. She asked if I'd come back to the restraint and they will redo my order the right way. I told her I was already home and I'm not going out in the older . She said I can come tomorrow which I said I would but I will not accept the after this experience. (Honestly I don't trust the food preparer..they could spit in the food .) So when the other manager comes in I will tell him/her my experience and I will NEVER return to this McDonalds. I suggest if you're in Mt. Morris, MI Avoid this McDonald's at all costs. There are better McDonald's around where the staff is pleasant and they FOLLOW Instructions.

  Got a big Mac with just l pice of meat and there was nothing else on the burger not sure why fries where ice cold but I had to wait for fresh to come called up there and went to voice mail that could not take messages mail box was full

  Only getting 1 stay because my son likes the play place. Absolutely the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever encountered. I hate that it’s right by my house. They are never friendly. Never timely. I’m currently waiting for my order I placed 29 mins ago.

  20 minutes to get food, pulled forward. Person bringing food out waited till the other customers food was ready as well. Cold food. Not a single person in the drive thru, waiting is typically fine no matter how long, but cold food instead of fresh is wild. Mr Middlebrooks would have never. This place has gone down hill every visit.

  You need to replace several members of your opening crew! I have frequented this location on my way to work and without fail, they ALWAYS disappoint! They are NEVER ready! You open at 5:00 AM. I placed my order on the mobile app at 5:03, I get to the drive-through at 5:10 AM only for them to NEVER be ready! Cars at the menu blowing their horns to get someone’s attention so they can order. The older black lady who wobbles when she walk needs to retire because she is very slow and has no sense of urgency to take care of customers. I was late for work one morning because I had to pull up to the railing to wait for my order. Mind you there were no other cars in line. On one particular morning , I placed my order on the mobile app per usual. Get to the drive-through at 5:07 and no one acknowledged me at the menu so I pulled up to the first window and no one is there. Pulled up to the second window and I’m knocking, one young lady ignored me and walked away. The second young lady opens the window and tells me they’re closed. How in the hell are you closed at 5:10 AM when you open at 5 o’clock and your lights are on saying you’re open? Just a few days ago, I arrive to pick up my mobile order and due to them not being ready. I had to pull off and go to work without receiving my breakfast or I would’ve been late for work. I overheard the black lady who wobbles say they’re out there already. Of course we are ma’am! You open at 5 AM and it is well after 5:00 AM! Get it together or quit!!!!
