Have had the lobby be closed 1½ hours, been denied a mobile order because even though I showed up with 5 minutes to spare until breakfast, they chose not to acknowledge me until exactly when it switched over. They've also just completely ignored the customers waiting in the drive-thru a few times even though they weren't closed. It's only redeeming quality is the fact that the price on certain items is better than most other locations. Overall, this just isn't a very good location, you're better off going to the one at Masonic & Gratiot.

How am I out of range when I am literally less than half a mile away and meanwhile I can get stuff delivered over 5 miles away without issue. They won't address this and cant give an answer. Given being a 3 star place, I can only imagine the food quality I would get being so close. Contacted Mcdonald corporate also and literally am just ignored. They let you think your doing something and "requesting contact" to make you feel better and thats it. Don't be fooled. Further proved by this owner clearly only being able to say "sorry use this link" coincidentally linking you to the same BS Mcdonalds link for "help". I surely would rather starve than attempt to order here. Leading me to believe the reviews are believable.
