    Every single time you come to this restaurant you have to pull into a reserved spot even when it’s empty. This place sucks

    Always have to wait for food even when there is no one else in line. After waiting the food still isn't good, either burnt or tastes old. Better off going to Rose City

    I stopped to grab breakfast before going back to work. I waited AT LEAST 15 TO 20 MINUTES and ended up leaving (with NO food!) due to I had to be back to work. I am so angry about this. This is the second time I have had wait for a long time period in one week.! Waste of time n money!!!

    Whoever runs this location needs to get involved with ensuring employees are properly trained! Somehow McDonald's all around the country effectively setup teams to deliver fast service. And yet, this location struggles year after year. I've been waiting a half hour now for a small drive-thru order. The girl that brought the order was very apologetic and did a good job. I'm not blaming them. This is a leadership issue.

    The whole thing was a mess. The wait for food was way too long and the food was cold by the time it came out. The worst was the snotty manager. She told someone that had food brought out to him three times only for it to be still wrong that he was rude and could leave, if he didn't like the wait and all. I tried telling her she was wrong and I would be way more poed with them not getting it right the first time. She told me I could join him leaving, if I didn't like it. I talked to a higher up manager only to get nothing resolved. She should not be in a position talking to any customer like that.
