The time before, they only filled our drinks a little more than half way. The kids that work here just seem annoyed about having to do their job. This place is in serious need of a managerial intervention.

However, I was asked to pull forward, which is fine…but I waited an awfully long time for one meal when they aren’t busy. The wait time after ordering, nonexistent! Our hash browns were hot and crispy, sweet tea was the best I've had in years! The best part? THE MCCAFE MACHINE WAS WORKING!!! Let's gooooo!! - ASAshley ShellOct 20, 20251.0Don't go to this McDonald's if you play the monopoly game they take the stickers off of large cups when you get a frappe and say the frappes don't get a sticker which is a lie every large frappe I have got from Gladwin, West Branch and the McDonald's on Eastman have them on the cup!! Looks like employees are just taking them off and keeping them for themselves!!
