  Nicodemus was really kind on the phone. His first night flying solo and he really made things right when I gave him my concerns. As far as the pizza goes. My delivery was supposed to arrive 7:50, I called At 8:16. Nicodemus came in clutch to comp some things due to the wait time (which he mentioned my delivery driver left 20min prior to my phone call), and let me know there is only 1 delivery driver who had to take multiple orders with them.. which I empathize with for sure, but by the time I recieved my food at 8:23, my breadsticks were barely warm and my pizza had no fresh gooeyness. If I was only giving stars to Nicodemos Id give him 5, but because of the food I sadly need to give a 3.

  We we're there on November 15th around 8:30 pm. We stopped in to use my husband's birthday reward and we also used our points we earned from buying pizza previously. This male worker in his 40's I would say with black framed glasses apparently didn't like us not buying anything else and was annoyed everything was free. I wish they would have had on badges as I feel corporate would be interested in how he treats customers. We sat inside as our children had to use the restroom. After we got done eating our one child asked for water because he was thirsty. This same worker told him he'd have to buy the water. We said no that's fine we'll be leaving soon. We told him he probably assumed he could have a drink as water is usually free elsewhere to customer's. We said that he probably saw your stack of plastic cups in the lobby and assumed as you can see your fountain machine with the water button that it was available for getting a drink. The kids wanted to get pizza but we were agitated by how this worker treated our son. My husband said well he was waiting for our breadticks that this same worker complained to a girl that our stuff was free. Also as we ate he just sat there watching us. We felt very uncomfortable here so we decided it was time to leave. One child had to use the restroom still which is available in the lobby for customers. As I was in the restroom with my child this same worker was trash talking us. He was talking to the other workers saying that he couldn't believe that we got all our food for free and that we used there restroom and that we wanted free water. When we came out of the restroom I didn't see any workers at the front desk. So my child and I just left. They still wanted pizza after we left and my husband and I were so upset. We both decided that we would not be giving this place our money. We ended up driving to Freeland and getting pizza there. We told our family and friends how we we're treated and they were shocked and don't plan on giving them business either. This location has ruined our experience at cottage inn and we will no longer be coming here or any other locations .We we're in the area celebrating my husband's birthday and drove about 30 minutes to come here as our cottage inn location has closed and this was the closest location to us. We decided to see how we liked this location as the kids like getting pizza a couple times a month. After this experience we will be deleting our online account. So don't worry about us using our birthday points or points we earned from spending money in your establishment anymore!

  Food was delicious, unfortunately we got a pizza with ham when we ordered half pepp and half cheese. Carry out time was quick.

  Extremely disappointed in our pizza today. My experience with Cottage Inn has always been great but this pizza was thick and reminds us of dominos.. not what we expect from you !!

  I used online and picked up on site. The place was really clean, and staff were super friendly. No complaints here! And Cottage Inn pizza is pretty good in general. They also have gluten free/ friendly options, which puts them on my list
