I asked for a table as I saw the bartender (alone) with several tables o counted 5 tables with people at them and a full bar. The poor bartender was doing everything in her power to give good service but doing drinks, cleaning the bar, tables and serving everyone with no one to help was a sign of how this establishment is run, so I left to a different establishment where they will support others.

Extremely long wait and terrible service. These people told me if I go to the bar while waiting for a table I would loose my spot for the table wait. ✋️ Whoa ok there was already a 35 min wait and you mean to tell me I can't have a drink and spend my money at the bar while I wait. Long horns was much more accommodating.

Absolutely horrible food! I had the 13 oz ribeye steak and I would say at least 7 oz of it was gristle and fat that was not edible. The coconut shrimp tastes like it was cooked in old grease. It was dark and unappetizing. You couldn't even taste the coconut or the shrimp over the flavor of the grease. They tried substituting with grilled shrimp and was covered in what appeared to be chile powder so again you couldn't even taste the shrimp. My friend had the burger and he said it wasn't bad. We both agreed the potatoes were good but even the cheesecake had no flavor in the fudge sauce. They covered it. This is the second time I've eaten at an outback steakhouse and I can assure you I won't beat going for the 3rd. I highly recommend not going to this location. But aside from the fact that the food was horrible, the wait staff was attentive and tried to correct the problem. I cannot blame the wait staff for the The horrible experience I had on my birthday!!

BEWARE: Potential/likely food poisoning. /// We had a gift card so we got a babysitter for date night. Perhaps I had high expectations and hopes, however, this was easily one of the worst meals we have ever had while eating in Livonia. It took at least 5 minutes of waiting at the host stand to even be acknowledged. Once we were acknowledged, it was a 10 to 15 minute wait despite several open tables and having signed up for their advanced wait list in the early morning that day. The waitress was pleasant and tried to be helpful. Bread service was ok. We ordered the bloomin onion and it was hot and good when we got it. I ordered the bowl of baked potato soup. It was lukewarm, which was disappointing on a very cold evening. And likely contributed to my potential food sickness because it probably was not properly heated. I ordered the salmon and shrimp combo with mashed potstoes and my husband ordered the new chicken and noodles menu item with a side salad. The meals looked pretty when they came out. My husband said his chicken was ok but there was something wrong with the noodles...they tasted bad...like really cheap. My salmon had good flavor, the shrimp was a little spicy for me. However, most of the salmon appeared undercooked...not flakey like it is supposed to be but pale pink and slimy. Unfortunately, it was so dark that I did not realize it wasn't cooked properly until I realized the texture wasn't quite right in my mouth. As I inspected it, I found that it was undercooked. I had eaten at least half of it. 2 days later and I am the only person violently sick in the house and I had to take a personal day off of work. Researching food poisoning, I found it is common to be very sick with the symptoms I had up to 10 days after ingesting, depending on the contaminant. We are now about 6 days out and I am still having lingering effects of food poisoning. No one else got sick in the house. My husband also just discovered that Outback made multiple charges to his credit card resulting in being overcharged at least $60. He is disputing with his bank. We also got the new cookie skillet for desert. The cookie was pretty good. I don't know how you can screw up ice cream but it was super cold and hard. Couldn't eat the ice cream. Outback was a Huge disappointment that I am still paying for DAYS later. We will not be back.

The service! The food! The drinks! All terrible!!! Drinks had absolutely no liquor in them. The salad my wife got was old lettuce. The steaks were lukewarm when they came out. And the rice I ordered was hard. The waiter said the manager said it probably wouldn’t be better if I got more because the rice was from earlier that day. Everything is already expensive enough in this world! If I’m going to pay for food I’d like for it to be fresh! Also to have a good experience! Besides that’s partially why we went out as well! We could have stayed home and made food if we knew this would be our experience.
