    This location is trash. I always get my order to go, and they always get it wrong. I always get my steak well done and my wife gets hers medium well. You guessed it, either they’re both well or medium well. You would think cooking it well done would be an easy cook. They also forget condiments we request or sauce that comes with a meal like salmon. I’ve been coming here for over 25 years, but no more. I finally tried Longhorn Steak House and I love it. I’ve gotten take out 5 times thus far with no issues. They have cooked every steak well done and perfectly. Great customer service as well.

    Came out to enjoy the new wings I was emailed on 01/10/26 after receiving misleading emails saying come try them, I took time out of my day to get here to find out they won’t have them until next week FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS that sucks smh.

    I ordered a bone in Ribeye online on Christmas Eve and picked it up and little before 8:30PM. I didn't make it home to eat it until passed 10PM. Once I went to reheat it I noticed they gave me the smaller boneless ribeye. I took a picture which is timestampped so they could replace it the next day they were open. As a former restaurant manager replacing orders do to employee error usually is no big deal. I received a text from someone there inquiring about the service to which I explained what happened and sent a picture. The next day a David responded saying replacing it was no problem. Then I was told to bring the messed up order from 2 days ago in to get it fixed. I told them I definitely didn't save the food for several days. It was consumed. That's when the conversation stopped. I'm very disappointed in their response knowing that they are just going to throw it away. Going above and beyond is how you keep customers coming in. I guess I'll drive a little further to Texas Roadhouse from now on.

    Had amazing time at outback in Livonia. I took my daughter there for her 12th birthday our waiter Ryan was an absolute gem. He was supper attentive and payed attention to our needs. Even made my birthday girl feel special for her day. I will always request to sit in his section cause he really was that amazing. Thank you Ryan you made the dining experience amazing!

    I love outback but a few things I did not enjoy on our visit yesterday. One the first desk full of 5 staff member standing around doing nothing while your trying to place your name on the waiting list. Then when calling our name the laughing and all kind of stuff instead of making it a joyous atmosphere. Then the table you could feel the air from the cold outside. We didn't want to re-wait to get another table we already waited 25 minutes. Then the soup was cold, the steak was semi cold. The person to bring out the plates stated the wrong steak but then took too long to bring it back cause she missed quoted the type of steak. Yall need to do better and make changes immediately. I won't be back to this location at all. And by the way folks still wear mask due to their own health reason and the first staff shouldn't laugh or be silly cause that's what I assumed was so funny. Just sad
