This was an average meal at an average chain restaurant. We were there for a large pre Christmas gathering. The servers were friendly, but struggled a bit with the large crowd. Surprisingly, the restaurant was pretty empty. We got there early, our large reserved table wasn't yet ready ... and had a challenge getting drinks at the bar - for some reason the person at the bar couldn't serve us.

I’m writing this review because I was appalled to hear that on New Year’s Eve people with reservations were turned away because they ran out of food. How does this even happen? Where were these people going to find a place to eat at the last minute on NYE?

We had a reservation for New Year's Eve. Arrived on time. Stood in line inspite of the reservation. Wasn't checking in for 40 mins. There was one person trying to run around, set tables, check in a few people when they came around to it, It was clear we were not going to be seated of have dinner within the next 40 mins give for how long we stood. We didn't bother to continue to stand in line. We left to go to the neighboring restaurant for the night. Don't believe we will go back here... It used to be one of our favorite Italian restaurants around.

We had a reservation and arrived on time, but unfortunately the experience got off to a rough start. We stood at the hostess desk for about 10 minutes without any acknowledgment from staff. When the hostess eventually interacted with us, she seemed annoyed and lacked basic customer service manners.
After being seated, it took roughly 20 minutes before anyone even addressed our table. We ultimately had to wave someone down to initiate service. During that time, staff were walking around, yet no one stopped by to say they’d be with us shortly or offer an apology, which was disappointing—especially since the restaurant didn’t appear overly busy and staffing levels seemed appropriate.
Once service finally began, things improved significantly. Our waitress did a great job once she picked up our table and provided attentive, friendly service from that point on.
The food was excellent and honestly the saving grace of the visit. Everything we ordered was great and would be the main reason we’d consider coming back. That said, it took about an hour from the time we sat down to when our food arrived.
The atmosphere was nice and not too loud, which we appreciated. However, the restrooms were noticeably dirty and several stalls were out of toilet paper, which was disappointing.
Overall, this restaurant has a lot of potential. With stronger front-of-house management and more consistent customer service interactions, this could easily be a 4.5-star experience. The food is there—now the service just needs to catch up.

We were a group of 14, coming from all over metro Detroit, who had made reservations a week ago and got a confirmation email.
As soon as we got there we were told they were overbooked and they could not accommodate us.
After much discussion and multiple 5 minutes wait and we can put a table together for you we were seated an hour later. No food or drink was offered while we waited.
It is obvious they do not have enough staff or qualified staff.
Food was not served in a timely manner.
Not a pleasant experience.
We will not be returning ever.
