The sauce is perfectly sweet and smoky with that hint of vinegar and pepper. As a Texan living far away from my home state, this is a taste of all the best parts of being a southerner. Fried chicken with that perfect thin crispy crust, delicious sauces (the cholula mayo and the carolina gold are so good!), and the fact it’s fried fresh to order… that’s a winner. This is our first time here and will NOT be our last.

The chicken was dry and the fries were basic fries. As I was waiting for my food I saw one of the employees just chilling sitting on the counter (as captured in the picture). I understand being bored at work however your feet on the counter is a no no.
