They were taking someone else’s order at the other speaker I didn’t get greeted and I waited patiently that person pulls forward to the window. Someone else pulls up with the other speaker and they start taking their order. I was like OK it is what it is. They finally greet me and I tell them my code for my mobile order. I pull up when I get to the second window. They hand me my drink and tell me to pull forward to the third window because they’re waiting on FRESH fries. I said absolutely, no problem. Thank you so much. Not even two seconds later they walk up to the third window hand me my order when I get home the fries were ice cold, soggy, and hard at the same time. You could tell that they were super old fries. My chicken nuggets were hard as a rock. I couldn’t even eat them, and my sandwich was lukewarm. I would have waited for everything to be fresh. I don’t understand why you can’t just serve hot food. I’m an AGM in fast food and I would never sit here. Tell them that they were getting fresh fries and then give them fries that had been sitting there for at least an hour. I come to this location a lot usually don’t have too many complaints, but I had just gotten off of work, everything was closed and it was my only choice. I just wanted hot food. I get it. It’s fast food, but the laziness needs to stop. It’s not that hard.
