This is a fantastic event space, and I've been there at least a half dozen times in the last year. Excellent attitude from the service staff, food is actually pretty good!

Urban Beat is fun for events, I've been there for many events now, but they don't have enough servers for food and drinks. They never have for the last 2 years I've been going to events. If you're going to an event and you're hungry I would suggest eating first. And if you want a drink, go to the bar to order because the serving staff is too slow.

Cute place! Can't make a good vodka/tonic. Had 3 different versions...very strange. Menu looked good but had already eaten. Blues band was very good (Tomas Esparza)

We really wanted to like it but the food was simply awful. My wife got Thai Peanut Noodles. It didn't have the green onions listed on it's description, the sauce was nasty, the presentation was unexciting, and we were charged $14.99 while the menu said $12. I got the spinach artichoke dip which looks like something in a horror movie and had no taste whatsoever. We sat out front on the so-called patio and there was a big band and party going inside so maybe we just didn't get the attention that normally we might. Either way, we're not motivated to ever come back. I did try to get a draft beer and was informed that none of the taps were working properly so no draft beer.
